How to Apply:
Ascend
The Executive Institute is an intensive, eight-month, cohort-based leadership development program designed specifically for senior executives and emerging C-suite leaders in the Canadian life-sciences sector.
Cohort VII Application Process:
Applications for Cohort VII will be open from July 28, 2025, to September 5, 2025.
Timeline:
Selected participants are expected to be notified by September 19, 2025. Participant written confirmation of enrollment required by October 6, 2025. The Program fee is due upon acceptance.
Other Important Details:
- We ask leaders in the ecosystem to nominate candidates for this program (brief email note in support of an applicant to sgallagher@admarebio.com). While not required for admittance into the program, it does help the review panel select appropriate candidates.
- Only 1 participant per company will be accepted into a given cohort, to foster a wide range of connections across the entire Canadian life sciences ecosystem (preferably only one applicant per company to ensure that participant has the backing of their organization to participate in the program).
- Selection into the program is not solely merit-based, as we seek to create diverse cohorts that include variation in participant demographics, organizations of different types types and maturity levels, as well as geographic considerations.
