KJ-103 est un anticorps nu anti-TROP2 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de la technologie propri\u00e9taire de KisoJi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de cet accord, le Centre de D\u00e9veloppement de M\u00e9dicaments (CDD) de Cancer Research UK parrainera, concevra et ex\u00e9cutera un essai clinique de Phase 1\/2a de KJ-103 sur des tumeurs solides exprimant TROP2. KisoJi fournira l&#8217;anticorps pour l&#8217;essai clinique et collaborera avec le CDD pour finaliser le dossier pr\u00e9clinique. Cancer Research Horizons, la branche d&#8217;innovation de Cancer Research UK, g\u00e9rera les relations commerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement aux conjugu\u00e9s anticorps-m\u00e9dicaments (ADCs), KJ-103 n&#8217;a pas besoin de charge cytotoxique. Il agit en recrutant des cellules immunitaires pour d\u00e9truire les cellules tumorales. KJ-103 se lie \u00e0 TROP2 \u00e0 un emplacement diff\u00e9rent de celui des ADCs actuels contre TROP2 et l&#8217;utilise pour activer les macrophages, entra\u00eenant la phagocytose et la destruction des cellules tumorales exprimant cette prot\u00e9ine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KJ-103 pourrait offrir une alternative th\u00e9rapeutique pour les cancers exprimant TROP2, notamment dans les cas o\u00f9 les ADCs ciblant TROP2 se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s inefficaces ou inadapt\u00e9s en raison de leur profil de toxicit\u00e9.
