Canada\u2019s life sciences company creation engine invites experienced leaders and emerging C-suite executives to apply for its flagship leadership development program <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vancouver (BC), Toronto (ON), and Montreal (QC) – June 16, 2026 \u2014<\/strong> adMare BioInnovations, Canada\u2019s life sciences company creation engine, today announced that applications for Cohort IX of the adMare Executive Institute are now open. Applications will be accepted until July 24, 2026.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Executive Institute is Canada\u2019s premier leadership development program designed specifically for experienced, mid-career executives and emerging C-suite leaders who want to enhance their impact on Canada\u2019s life sciences sector. Built to support adMare\u2019s mission of building and scaling a pipeline of globally competitive Canadian life sciences companies, the program equips participants with the skills, insights, and networks needed to drive organizational growth and strengthen the national life sciences ecosystem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its launch, the adMare Executive Institute has empowered nearly 150 participants from more than 100 life sciences organizations across Canada \u2013 leaders who are helping to build strong life sciences companies and define the country\u2019s next chapter in global biomedical innovation and commercialization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cadMare is focused on closing gaps in capital, infrastructure and talent to build a pipeline of globally competitive life sciences companies in Canada,\u201d said Matthew Carlyle, President and CEO, adMare BioInnovations. \u201cThe adMare Executive Institute plays a critical role by strengthening the leadership capacity, peer networks, and capabilities that help Canadian life sciences companies grow with purpose and succeed on the world stage.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cohort\u202fIX will run from August 2026 to February 2027, combining multi-day in person workshops across Canada, virtual peer sessions, individual executive coaching, and hands-on application to a real leadership challenge. Participants also benefit from curated networking with industry leaders and Executive Institute alumni and select opportunities to attend key national life sciences events through adMare\u2019s ecosystem partnerships.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

adMare is committed to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in Canadian life sciences leadership \u2014 55% of previous Executive Institute participants self-identified as women\u2014and welcomes applicants from equity-deserving groups. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
