With extensive expertise in funding and supporting companies, combined with a strong background in drug development, his experience will be valuable in supporting adMare\u2019s mission of building companies, building ecosystems, and building talent in Canadian life sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>On behalf of the board, I am delighted to welcome Dr.&nbsp;Rivi\u00e8re<\/em>,\u201d said Mr.&nbsp;Paul Buron, Chair of adMare\u2019s Board. \u201c<em>His exceptional expertise and diverse experience will certainly bring fresh perspectives and valuable insights, strengthening our vision of Canadian life sciences leading the world.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr.&nbsp;Marc Rivi\u00e8re is the General Partner and CMO at TVM Capital Life Science, where he focuses on evaluating deal opportunities and investment management for therapeutics. He also works closely with the firm\u2019s strategic partner, Eli Lilly &amp; Co. and its drug development division, Chorus. Prior to joining TVM Capital Life Science, Dr.&nbsp;Rivi\u00e8re was Vice-President of Axcan Pharma Inc., in charge of Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance and a member of the Axcan Licensing Committee. He was also a member of the Guideline Review Committee of the Canadian Coordination Office of Health Technology Assessment. Marc received his Tropical Disease Medicine Certification from Universit\u00e9 Bordeaux&nbsp;II, France and his Medicine Doctorate from Universit\u00e9 Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France, and has over fifty publications and scientific communications to his credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>adMare also expresses its sincere gratitude to Dr.&nbsp;Michelle Savoie, who is retiring from the adMare Board, having served as a member since 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Dr. Savoie\u2019s leadership and passion for our mission have been instrumental in shaping adMare\u2019s success.
