Since its launch, the Executive Institute has empowered 129 participants from more than 100 life science organizations across Canada, creating a lasting impact through a rigorous curriculum, expert coaching, and a vibrant alumni network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cohort&nbsp;VIII will run from October 2025 to April 2026, featuring three multi-day in-person workshops in Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver, along with&nbsp;a capstone presentation and graduation event in Toronto. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend key life sciences events across Canada, thanks to partnerships with BIOTECanada, Bloom Burton, and provincial life sciences organizations. We welcome additional partnerships with organizations that share our vision of developing the talent that drives a globally competitive Canadian life sciences sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>At adMare, we build strong Canadian life sciences companies that attract investment, create jobs, and deliver innovation to patients. That requires more than great science, it takes great leadership. The Executive Institute plays a critical role by arming experienced leaders with the tools, assurance and connections required to grow their enterprises and elevate the broader life sciences sector<\/em>,\u201d said Gordon C. McCauley, President &amp; CEO, adMare BioInnovations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>adMare is committed to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in Canadian life sciences leadership \u2014 55% of previous Executive Institute participants self-identified as women\u2014and welcomes applicants from equity-deserving groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Executive Institute is designed for mid-career executives working in Canadian life sciences companies who are interested in enhancing their leadership potential to drive growth.
